Lagos State Government has empowered another batch of residents in the Ajeromi-Ifelodun area to improve the standard of living of the beneficiaries who are the most vulnerable members of the society.
The empowerment in various vocations by the State government was a continuation of similar initiatives held for some Faith-Based & Cultural Organisations as well as members of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria across the State.

The Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs. Bolaji Dada, said in her address that the 4-week training is in line with the govt’s determination to provide alternative means of livelihood to residents while noting that over 10,000 women & young adults have so far benefitted since the inception of the initiative.
She, therefore, encouraged other interested women & groups desirous of learning a vocation to take advantage of the opportunity made available by the State Government through the Ministry
