The Lagos State Government’s Ministry of Tertiary Education has launched the Eko Digital training program in Badagry and Yaba.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the initiative aims to enhance education and entrepreneurial skills among the state’s youth through digital and emotional intelligence, high-quality training, and artificial intelligence courses.
Running from June 20th to 24th, 2025, the program will be hosted in the Public Library at both locations.
During a press conference on Monday, Tertiary Education Commissioner Tolani Sule emphasized the government’s dedication to maintaining excellence in higher education institutions.
The Eko Digital Training program is a testament to this commitment and offers various courses tailored to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their chosen careers.
The Badagry and Yaba training centers will provide students access to cutting-edge facilities, knowledgeable instructors, and a supportive learning environment.
The Lagos State Government recognizes the importance of investing in education and skills development to foster economic prosperity and improve the quality of life for its residents.
With this in mind, the Ministry of Tertiary Education is offering free programs and courses at the upcoming Eko Digital skills training event in Badagry and Yaba.
This Eko Digital Training Initiative follows the successful implementation of a similar training held at the Public Library in Agege four weeks ago and is part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to establish Lagos as a hub for educational excellence.
