LASG Set To Hold Year 2022 Commissions’ Summit

The Lagos State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has concluded plans to host the Year 2022 Commissions’ Summit from Thursday, 15th to Saturday, 17th September, 2022.

 

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Mrs. Olubumi Fabamwo, the Chairman of CSC, disclosed this in a statement, she said the primary objective of the Summit with the theme:

“Fostering a Professional and Productive Public Service for the Lagos State Brand”, is to engender standardisation of processes and procedures as it relates to Career Management and Development of Officers across all Commissions and Boards in the State Public Service.

 

She averred that the Commission’s Summit aims to foster unity and uniformity in applying rules and regulations.

Mrs. Fabamwo also revealed that the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu is expected to declare the event open and deliver a keynote address on “The Role of Service Commissions in the Greater Lagos Agenda”
