Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA) organized a town hall meeting with vulnerable enrollees of the ILERA EKO Health Insurance Scheme in the five Ibile divisions of the state.

The meeting aimed to gather feedback from enrollees on their experiences accessing care at hospitals and to identify challenges and solutions.

Dr. Emmanuella Zamba, Permanent Secretary of LASHMA, emphasized the importance of feedback in improving the Scheme and ensuring better planning, implementation, and monitoring processes.
