LASUBEB Wants Parents To Monitor Their Wards Use Of Social Media
Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board, LASUBEB has called on parents of primary schools pupils to monitor the involvement of their wards on the various social media platforms.

The Chairman of LASUBEB, Hon. Wahab Alawiye-King made the call on Thursday during a sensitisation programme organised by LASUBEB on “the effect of Social Media on a growing child” in Ikeja, Lagos.
The LASUBEB Chairman who maintained that it might not be totally possible to debar the pupils from using the internet said that parental control would help curb social media related vices in society.
Alawiye-King represented at the event by the Board member of LASUBEB in charge of Special Duties, Hon. Dayo Israel urged school pupils to imbibe good character as worthy ambassadors of the State.
