LASWA Awarded Prestigious ISO Certificate For Quality Management System

During a mini-event organized by West Sealand International (WSI) and LASWA for the ISO Certificate Presentation on Wednesday, the Honorable Commissioner for Transport, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, commended LASWA’s management for upholding international safety standards in the Lagos water transport sector. He stated that this achievement aligns with the THEMES Plus agenda of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s Administration in Lagos State.
Mr. Oluwadamilola Emmanuel, the General Manager of LASWA, expressed his profound appreciation for this milestone, saying, “Receiving the International Organisation for Standardisation Certificate is a testament to our relentless efforts in ensuring the safety and efficiency of water transportation in Lagos State. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to upholding global standards and continuously improving our services for the benefit of the people of Lagos.”
Mr. Opeyemi Bashorun, the CEO of WSI, noted in his address that the ISO certification underscores LASWA’s commitment to excellence and adherence to international standards in its operations.
