Leeds United Vs West Ham
Leeds United will look to get their revenge on West Ham United for the FA Cup defeat when the two teams face each other at Olympic Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Whites did well to beat Burnley at home in their last league fixture, but given their anything but good away record, we are not tempted to put our money on the visiting side this time out. Raphinha is widely expected to return to the starting XI, but Phillips, Rodrigo, and Cresswell remain in the recovery room.
Both Llorente and Roberts are sidelined through suspension, while Patrick Bamford has overcome his injury. The Hammers, on the other hand, continue to rely on key attacker Michail Antonio, who is likely to prove a handful for the opposition back-line. Even though midfielder Said Benrahma is on international duty with Algeria, home win should be considered as David Moyes’ troops have turned their Olympic Stadium into a real fortress.
West Ham know that the they need to keep winning as they have teams behind them who have games in hand. Anything less than a win could see them drop out of the top four. Leeds will hope to stop their slide but it won’t be easy against a rampant Hammers team. We are backing West Ham to win.
