Job Description
We are currently hiring for the role of a Legal Officer who is a Conflict Resolution Specialist.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement
Clarify issues, concerns, needs, and interests of all parties involved
Set up appointments for parties to meet for dispute resolution
Conduct meetings and negotiations to reach equal common grounds about disputed issues
Prepare settlement agreements for disputants
Apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, or precedents to reach conclusions
Job Requirements
Competencies:
Passion: Constantly raises the bar for self & team, has a strong execution bias, takes initiatives even in the face of significant difficulties
Customer First: Leverages every customer interaction as an opportunity to make an impact, consistently seeks to understand customer needs, is accessible and responsive
