Job Description:
Lextorah is seeking a Learning Designer to develop high-quality online courses. The candidate will collaborate with program managers, technologists, and other stakeholders to create engaging, student-centric learning experiences. Responsibilities include analyzing student needs, designing courses, creating assessments, collaborating on multimedia content, and staying current in learning sciences and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze student needs and course performance data.
• Design courses with clear, measurable learning outcomes.
• Develop formative and summative assessments.
• Collaborate with media developers for content creation.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in quality assurance and instructor training.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS systems and project management tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team.
• Passion for digitally-enabled learning.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred.
• Quality Matters (QM) certification is a plus.
