Life Bencher Of The Nigerian Legal Profession, Chief Ziggy Azike Dies At 62

A Life Bencher of the Nigerian Body of Benchers and member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chief Chibuzo Nduwueze Ziggy Azike is dead.

Although there are speculations in some quarters that he died of COVID-19, Eko Hot Blog however gathers that a source close to the his family said he died late Thursday as a result of prostate cancer at the age of 62.

A prominent member of the NBA, Azike had served as a member of the National Executive Committee of the Association since 1987.

Until his demise, he was the Principal Counsel of Adroit Lex & Co. Attorney At Law and a Capital Market Advisor to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He is survived by his wife, Chinyere and children.
