Lionel Messi: Inter Plotting To Sign Barcelona Legend Through Shirt Sponsor
Inter Milan are reportedly making a serious move to lure Barcelona legend, Lionel Messi to the Italian League with the help of their shirt sponsors.
Having had an expired deal with the Catalans in the summer of 2021 which he has not renewed or extended, as it is the Argentine forward’s current deal.
Recently, he has been linked with a move away from the club following the misunderstanding he had with his employers earlier this season.
And Inter, according to SunSport, is hoping they can exploit his slightly broken relationship with Barca to bring him to Italy.

The striker has been linked with a transfer to Inter before now and tyre company Pirelli will back club president Steven Zhang in a bold move for the 33-year-old player.
But their chief executive admitted the contribution can only be small following the financial fall out of the coronavirus pandemic.
Marco Tronchetti told Gr Parlamento: “Honestly, at a time like this, we’re unable to invest in sports more than we are, between Formula 1, the America’s Cup and Inter.
“We have to ask Steven Zhang to make an effort himself. We can help, but we can’t do anything significant.”
In addition,SunSport said that both Juventus and Manchester City have also been linked with a sensational move for the icon.
It was gathered from Camp Nou that the 33-year-old isn’t happy with the happenings at the club and would want to leave immediately his contract expires.
Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu is definitely undisturbed by the present situation after voicing his confidence that the star man will end his career at the Nou Camp.
He made this known affter his side’s 4-1 win over Villarreal: “Messi has said he will end his working and footballing life at Barca.
“I’m not going to explain the details because we are focused on the competition and we are negotiating with many players.”
