- A number of Nigerien soldiers have been declared wanted by the military.
- They disobeyed the commands they were given.

The Nigerian Military has released a list composed of the names and detail of the 101 soldiers who ran away from the military.
Recall that the soldier absconded during an encounter with the dreaded Boko Haram terrorist in Marte and Dikwa towns of Maidiguri, Borno State.
The 101 soldiers who appeared on the list have currently been declared wanted by the military as there are no indication that they were seized by Boko haram.
Apart from listing out their name, the Nigerian military have issued out directive to the appropriate authority to blocked the bank accounts of these missing soldier.
This is not the first such a thing is happening, Nevertheless, If these run-away soldiers are later apprehended by the military, they will be made to face the military disciplinary panel where they will be held accountable for their action of disobeying order, breaking the military code and deserting the army without following the right protocol, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
