The move would see Henderson depart from Liverpool, where he has been an integral part of the team’s success, including winning the Premier League and UEFA Champions League titles.

Henderson’s decision to join Al Ettifaq comes as a surprise to many, as he has been a loyal servant to Liverpool since joining the club in 2011. The 32-year-old midfielder has played a crucial role in Liverpool’s midfield, leading the team both on and off the pitch.

While the details of the proposed contract and the transfer fee remain undisclosed, it is clear that Henderson’s move to Al Ettifaq would mark a significant change in his career. Fans and pundits alike will be eager to see how the experienced midfielder adapts to the new challenge in the Saudi Professional League.

As of now, both clubs are yet to make an official announcement regarding the transfer.

However, if the deal is finalised, it would mark the end of an era for Henderson at Liverpool and open a new chapter in his football journey with Al Ettifaq.
