The incumbent Chairman of Epe local government, Hon Adedoyin Adesanya, has appealed to resident of the ancient town to vote for him to emerge as the All Progressives Congress flag bearer in the forthcoming primary election.
Doyin made the plea on Thursday, 27th May 2021, while addressing his supporters at Epe Marina Waterfront during commencement of his electioneering for second term in office.
While he gave an account of his stewardship in office, he admitted his imperfection and also promised to do more for his people if elected.
” When given the chance for a second term in office, we will build primary health centres across all wards with free drugs in Epe. We will construct additional roads such Eid street, Uraka road, Dejonwo road, Mogaji-Ibi road and others
” Our children must be educated adequately to face the challenge of the future because the industries springing up in Epe Division needs a brilliant and efficient workforce which our children must benefit from,” he stated.

Olusegun Agbaje, Hon. Abiodun Tobun, Hon Sabit Ikuforiji and Hon Wale Raji.

He knocked his traducers who labelled him a stingy and tightfisted person, stating that his principles of governance are hinged on financial prudence and accountability for the betterment of the people. This, he said, spurred him to execute many infrastructural projects and social welfare programmes for various sectors of the society such as health, education, road networks, security and social welfare.
