Lockdown: 3 Guys Caught With Guns In Agege As Rate Of Robbery Increases

Three guys with pistols were nabbed early this morning  by youths in Agege area of Lagos State.

The youths who have been acting as vigilantes caught the three guys in a shuttle and were probably taking them to the police station.

In a video that surfaced online, a woman was heard shouting hysterically in the midst of the crowd and asking the youths not to manhandle the criminals for the fear of gunning a person down.

It is no longer news that since the lockdown started, there has been a high rate of armed robbery in Lagos and Ogun States.

Ekohotblog reports that residents now live in fear and stay up at night to protect their families and property.

It is the so sad that the men of the Special Anti Robbery Squad are no were to be found in the heat of this insecurity but if it were to be some birthday bash of  ‘Yahoo boys’ as they are popularly called, the Squad would be there to terminate the party.

Yesterday, few arrests were made in Ogun.

But after that, what next?

Nigerians are hungry, that is why they would go any extent to survive.

Government, LIFT THE LOCKDOWN AND SAVE OUR LIVES.
