Lockdown: Banks Extend Closing Hour Today, Set To Resume April 13th

In furtherance of the President’s lockdown  directive on Lagos, Ogun, and Abuja,  Banks in these states have started sending messages to the customers that they will extend their closing hour till 6pm on Monday and open back on 13th April 2020.
Recall that President Buhari in his address on Sunday evening, ordered the restriction of movements, closure of commercial activities and a ban on public gatherings and social activities, as a result of the drastic rise in cases recorded in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun.
The President noted that only workers that offer essential services in medicine and mass media are exempted from the order.
