Lockdown Ease: Lagosians Wear Takeaway Plates As Face Masks (Photos)

A passenger in a taxi was spotted with a takeaway plate he used as alternative for face mask to protect himself from Coronavirus.

Although much questions were not asked, but one would wonder, how on Earth will a Lagosian do this, but I’m not surprised, lol. That’s how hilarious we can be.

76 new cases were recorded in Lagos yesterday.

We expected it. Lagosians did bad yesterday for flouting all the rules especially social distancing.

And the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 issued a warning yesterday that if we don’t behave ourselves, there is likely to be another Lockdown.

Below are some guidelines on the use of facemasks.

Wear a mask if you are coughing or sneezing to avoid infecting other people.

. Before putting on a mask, clean your hands with an alcoholic based sanitizer or soap and water

. Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your favmce and the mask you are using

. Avoid touching the mask while using it; when touched by mistake clean hand with alcoholic based sanitizer or soap and water

. Replace with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re use single use mask afterwards

. Remove the mask from behind (do not touch.the front of the mask)

. If you are healthy you only need to wear face mask if you are taking care of covid-19 patient
