Lockdown: Please Give Us Light, We’re ‘Suffering’, Nollywood Actress Weeps

Nollywood actress, Adaeze Ameh has expressed her disappointment at the low supply of electricity in Nigeria as the lockdown continues.

The veteran actress said she understands that the reason for the sit-at-home order is to curb the spread of the virus, but the Federal Government has failed in the provision of social amenities such as uninterrupted power supply.

In a video she shared online, the actress who was almost weeping decried how there has been a recent emergence of noise pollution due to the overuse of generators.

She also lamented on how so many Nigerians might not be able to afford petrol due inspite of the reduction of pump price from N145 to N125.
