As reported by Fantacalcio and cited by Football Italia on Friday, Lookman ranks sixth with an average rating of 6.64, while Fiorentina’s David de Gea leads the list with 6.86 points.

The rankings, based on Italian sports papers’ ratings, only consider players who have participated in at least 50% of league matches.
Lookman’s teammate and Serie A’s leading scorer Mateo Retegui follows in second with 6.75 points, with Inter Milan’s Marcus Thuram in third with 6.7 points.
The list also includes Nico Paz (Como) at 6.67, Milinkovic-Savic (Torino) and Nuno Tavares (Lazio) at 6.62, and players like Barella (Inter), Meret (Napoli), Pulisic (Milan), and Castellanos (Lazio) rounding out the top 10.
Lookman, 27, who recently placed 14th in the Ballon d’Or rankings, has built on his impressive previous season with standout performances this term.

He’s made seven appearances for Atalanta, starting six times and coming off the bench once, totaling 431 minutes.
His last game on October 30 saw him play 45 minutes in Atalanta’s 2-0 win over Monza. Lookman has notched four goals in Serie A, including a brace in a 6-1 victory over Verona, placing him sixth in the league’s scoring tally. He is also tied for second in assists, with four to his name.
