Ekohotblog reports that the long-standing request of the Agbowa community for improved road infrastructure is finally being addressed, as construction machinery, initiated by Rep. Wale Raji, Member of the House of Representatives (MHR) representing Epe Federal Constituency, has arrived at Mafowosofo Road.
This significant development was marked by an official ceremony where Otunba Nurudeen Yusuf, the Chairman of the Wale Raji Think-tank, was seen addressing the community.
Standing beside him was the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Hon. Wale-Raji Anomo, who expressed his gratitude for the project.

The construction of Mafowosofo Road, set to be completed by December 2024, is part of Rep. Wale Raji’s broader efforts to improve infrastructure across the Epe Federal Constituency.
This particular road project will connect critical parts of Agbowa, including the Methodist Primary School Agbowa Ikosi, Methodist Church Agbowa Ikosi, and the areas along Iya Odunayo Elewe Omo.
Residents and community leaders have voiced their appreciation for this long-awaited project, with Akogun Wale Anomo, in particular, extending his gratitude to Rep. Wale Raji.
“This road will significantly improve the quality of life for our people, and we are thankful to MHR Wale Raji for his commitment to our community,” Anomo stated.
Some community members also commended Rep. Wale Raji’s dedication to the development of Agbowa, noting the positive impact his initiatives have had on the area.
“We’ve seen real progress under his leadership, and this new road is just one example of his good work,” one resident remarked.
The construction of Mafowosofo Road is expected to enhance connectivity, ease transportation, and boost the local economy, reflecting Rep. Wale Raji’s unwavering commitment to the growth and development of his constituency.
