Ekohotblog reports that the embattled former pension boss, through his lawyer, Anayo Adibe, told Abang Okon, the presiding judge that he would file a no-case submission.

Adile disclosed the defendant next line of action shortly after he cross examined the ninth and last prosecution witness (PW9), Rouqquaya Ibrahim, an EFCC investigator.

Subsequently, Abang adjourned the case till Friday when Maina’s lawyer would verbally address the court and the prosecution counsel would respond to the no-case submission.
