The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Monday in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, said God foiled “deliberate attempts to destroy Nigeria.”
Buhari also said the country had “bounced back” from its troubled days, thanking members of the Armed Forces and the police for their sacrifices in protecting the country.

When the matter came up before the Appeal panel, counsels representing the parties argued and adopted their final written addresses.
