Federal High Court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State, has sentenced four persons including a woman to 160 years imprisonment on a multiple-count charge of conspiracy and possession of counterfeit bank notes.

8. Lagos Records Massive Drop In Okada Accident – Commissioner
The Lagos State Government has affirmed that there has been a massive drop in the rate of fatal accidents involving commercial motorcycles, popularly known as ‘Okada’, since the restriction of their movements in six Local Governments comprising of 475 routes including major roads, highways and bridges across the State.

The Lagos State Government has arrested four Chinese nationals and 16 others for operating illegal dredging sites in various waterfronts in Ibeju-Lekki and Eti-Osa Local Government Areas of the State.

The Deputy Governor of Lagos state, Obafẹmi Hamzat, at the grand finale of the 20th years anniversary of Oloja of Epe, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, held at Epe recreation ground, Lagos urged newly installed chiefs to ensure that they utilize their post for the advancement of Epe kingdom.
