Malaysian Police Arrest Nigerian Lady Who Was Gang-Raped — Set Her Rapists Free

The Malaysian police have apprehended a Nigerian lady who was gang-raped in the country’s capital of Kuala Lumpur.

The middle-aged girl who is identify simply as Nicole was reportedly raped by more than five Chinese nationals.

In a flagrant miscarriage of justice, the police authority who should be part of the apparatus seeking justice for Nicole are now the ones engaging in subversion of justice.

According to reports, the rapists who should be having their days behind bars are now roaming free after the criminal justice system assisted them in obstructing the course of justice.

On the other hand, Nicole the sexually violated lady who should be getting judicial relief has now been arrested over lack of proper documentation and paper work.

If found guilty, Nicole faces imprisonment and deportation.

Recounting her ordeal, the lady said she met with a Chinese guy at a place called Changkat, in Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently, he asked her out and later took her to his father’s hotel.

Unbeknownst to her, her would-be boyfriend had connived with his friends to take turns in forcefully having carnal knowledge of her. She claimed she was beaten and gang-raped. She said after they finished with her, they took her to another location where another set of mutual friends sexually violated her.

She revealed that they also filmed their heinous act with only her face showing while theirs were not. She said they threatened to release the video to the public if the incident was reported.

Nicole was, however, rescued following her cry for help and her rapists were apprehended.

But in a bizarre twist of event, the rapists, using the influence and clout of the father of the Chinese ringleader — who’s the primary suspect, were released after five days and the victim, Nicole, was arrested and detained for not having papers.

She was subsequently arraigned before the Jalan Duta court on the 18th of June in Kuala Lumpur.

However, the outcome of the proceeding is not known yet, but it is believed that she will likely be sentenced to prison and, upon the completion of her jail term, deported.

The move, according to Nigeria community in Malaysia, is to cover the injustice done to her and shield her oppressor and violator from being brought to book for their diabolical actions.

It was gathered that the attention of the Nigerian High Commission has also been drawn to the incident.

Meanwhile, a petition demanding justice for Nicole has surfaced on the internet. The online petition is set up by one Shi Ying Saw. As of the time of publishing this report, over 1700 people have signed the petition, the target is 2500.
