Man Blames Devil For Allegedly Defiling 3-Year-Old Stepdaughter

A 35-year-year man, Olusesan Adeyele, who allegedly defiled his 3-year-old stepdaughter in Osun State has blamed the devil for his action.

It was gathered that the mother of the victim recently married and moved in with the suspect after leaving the father of the victim, Daily Trust reports.

In a chat with the suspect, he explained that the mother of the victim went to work and kept her in his care.

Olusesan said the devil pushed him to sleep with the girl and that he regretted his action.

The Commissioner of Police in Osun State, Johnson Kokumo said when the mother of the little girl returned home, she met her daughter bleeding from her private part.

Kokumo said, “Upon receipt of the complaint, police swung into action and arrested the suspect who confessed to the crime during the course of the investigation.”

He said that the victim was taken to hospital for medical examination and treatment where she was still receiving treatment as the medical examination reveals that there was extensive laceration into the rectum.

The CP said the suspect would be charged to court after investigation.
