A man has reportedly slumped and died at a First City Monument Bank in Port Harcourt due to what eyewitnesses describe as “frustration and unfriendly treatment by the customer service officers of the bank.”
The bank customer, who hails from Asari-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, breathed his last in front of the bank premises on Tuesday.
It was alleged that the deceased was refused access to his money since Friday even after producing his next of kin as required by the bank.
