We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager – Sales and Letting

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are currently looking to hire an experienced Sales and Lettings Manager to oversee and drive our sales and letting unit.

Key Job Descriptions

• Seeking for and liaising with clients to market properties for sale and to let.
• Inspecting properties with clients.
• Negotiating letting/sale of properties with clients.
• Managing and documenting all clients information, both in hard copy and on cloud.
• Locating and bringing new properties into the company’s portfolio.
• Supporting marketing and promotional activities and producing regular reports.
• Determining clients’ needs/financial ability and proposing solutions that suit them.
• Preparing financial projections on real estate sales transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: BSc or HND.
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years’ experience on same (similar) role

Required Skills:

• Marketing and Negotiation: Should be able to identify/talk to the right clients, and initiate / close deals.
• Market Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
• Customer Service: Know/understand what clients are looking for and remain in contact with them throughout the transaction process.
• Organization: Have the ability to create/manage schedules and multitask.
• Driving: MUST know how to drive.
• The right candidate must be confident, well-spoken and sociable.
