Mark Zuckerberg Releases Cover Of Get Low With Rapper T-Pain

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has created his own version of the rap track Get Low, teaming up with US artist T-Pain to celebrate his “dating anniversary” with wife Priscilla Chan.

Zuckerberg, 40, delivers the vocals with the aid of Autotune on an acoustic reimagining of the 2003 hit by Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz.

The Meta CEO shared the story behind the song on Instagram, revealing that Get Low played when he first met Priscilla at a college party, and the couple has listened to it annually ever since.

Describing the track as a “lyrical masterpiece,” Zuckerberg released his version under the name Z-Pain. In response, Chan called the gesture “so romantic,” adding, “Can’t get quite as low anymore but more in love and grateful for that love than ever.”

The Instagram post also included photos of Zuckerberg and T-Pain in the studio. T-Pain, whose real name is Faheem Najm, shared the moment on social media, declaring, “Z-Pain has arrived.”

The new version of the song features Zuckerberg leading the uncensored hip-hop track, while T-Pain provides backing vocals, ad-libs, and a verse of his own.

This release follows Lil Jon’s surprise performance of Get Low at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, marking Kamala Harris’s nomination as the party’s presidential candidate.

Zuckerberg is no stranger to grand gestures for Chan. In August, he unveiled a quirky statue of his wife—made from oxidized copper and steel—by artist Daniel Arsham, captioning it, “Bringing back the Roman tradition of making sculptures of your wife.”
