Mustapha urged the Lagos state government to provide Epe general hospital with a stable power supply with over 5,000 megawatts.

“We need a stable power supply that will aid in discharging our responsibilities. The epileptic power supply is affecting our work.

“With a regular supply of power, it will help to save more lives, enhance the staff proficiency, ” he said.

“I do spend up to 4million monthly to power generators because there are some departments in the hospital that needed a regular supply of electricity.

” If the power is not supplied to them, It might lead to high casualties in the hospital, ” he said.

“The government cannot do it alone, It requires public-private support. The government are playing their role, individuals should also be supportive.

“Like Oliver Twist, Epe general hospital needs more presence of the government, we thank the government for his support so far, but more are yet to be done in the area of electricity supply, ” he said.
