Messi Names Two Players Likely To Replace Him And Ronaldo

• Few days after Ronaldo named the two likely successors of him and Messi, the Argentine has had his verdict
• Lionel Messi moved above Luiz Suarez in the top scorer charts in La Liga
• He has now scored more goals in 2021 than other La Liga players.

Lionel Messi scored two goals against Elche on Wednesday night. Barcelona won the game 3-0. He has ruled out Champions League comeback which looks impossible. He however has vowed to fight for the club until the last minute.

Few days after Ronaldo named the two likely successors of him and Messi, the Argentina has had his verdict.

Messi was interviewed by Marca journalist. He was asked about the players he thinks can easily replace him and Ronaldo in the football arena.

He said;.

“Our time, me and Ronaldo, is coming to a drastic end. However am happy to report that their are so many players who will take over.

Erling Halaand and Mbappe have proven that they can carry the football cross. There are however many promising players I have seen.”

He named Marcus Rashford, Phil Foden, Bukayo Saka, Mason Mount and Kai Harverz as other talented players, EKO HOT BLOG  gathered.

Messi however said that Halaand and Mbappe have already established themselves well to be great footballers.

He is now in agreement with Ronaldo over their successors. Both have chosen Halaand and Mbappe as the future of football.
