• Messi had a clash with the referee after they were losing by 1-0, things weren’t going his way as the referee denied him a free kick after he was pulled down.
• The incident has generarated lots of reaction from football fans

Barcelona equaled their worst tally after the first 6 games in the laliga, with just 8 points for the first time since 2002/2003 season, as they played a 1-1 draw against Alaves.

Antoine Griezmann  scored the equalizer in the 62nd minute after Alaves opened the scoring in the first half.

Barcelona failed to bury their chances, Alaves defended very well but Barcelona could have been 2-0 up before Alaves even got thier goal.

The substitute changed the game for Barcelona but they just couldn’t get the winner. Pedri has to start while pjanic should be ahead of busquet.

Reacting to the Refree unwillingness to give him a free kick, out of frustration Messi booted the ball towards the referee in anger and the referee turned to him and gave him a yellow card, but perhaps, consider himself fortunate that its wasn’t worst.

The clash has made fans reacts to it , as many were surprised Messi didn’t see a red card for kicking the ball towards the referee in frustration.
