During Mikel’s time at Chelsea, they had influencial players like, Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, John Terry and Petr Cech.
it was reported that managers like Jose Mourinho and Andre Villas-Boas got sacked due to player power after poor run of results were influenced by the afore-mentioned players.
The former Nigerian international’s words from a recent interview with Sky sports,
“Player Power is in every club, trust me. At Chelsea, we had that. If a manager is not doing well, the players have the right to voice their opinion”.
