Mohbad’s Management Debunks Will Claims, Labels Them “False And Misleading”

Eko Hot Blog reports that the management of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has vehemently denied assertions that the artist left a will behind.

Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, previously stated in an interview that his son had written a will before his demise.

While responding to the claims, Mohbad’s management issued a statement via the late singer’s Instagram page on Monday, denouncing the assertions as “false and misleading.”

The statement clarified, “No members of Mohbad’s management or his Lawyer have communicated the existence of a will or any such thumb-printed document (as has recently been FALSELY reported) to any member of the family or the public.”

The management emphasized that had such a document existed, it would have been duly registered with the Probate Registry.

They urged the public to refrain from spreading false and misleading statements.

The statement also revealed that all accounts owned and controlled by Mohbad during his lifetime were placed on a Post No Debit order on September 12, 2023.

This order remains valid, and the accounts will be properly handed over to the family upon the resolution of the internal dispute.
