During his inaugural speech, Dr. Kukoyi announced that the star project for the year will be building and equipping a sickle cell disease centre in Ogun State.

“The star project for our year will be the building and equipping of the sickle cell disease centre, and I am happy to announce that the Ogun State Government has donated a piece of land, and after that, the foundation laying of this project was done on Wednesday, 3rd of July, and that tells you that we are ready for action,” he stated.

The school’s ‘69/’73 set said they were proud of their old classmate’s accomplishments as he pursues a new noble project.

“It was an exciting moment for us as a Set today when one of us, Wole Kukoyi, was installed as the pioneer Rotarian District Governor of Rotary District 9111. He really made us proud,” one of the Molusi College old students, Bunmi, stated.

Dr. Kukoyi’s former classmate, who urged their fellow old students to donate towards the N3 million pledge, expressed optimism that they will surpass the amount.
