Monarchs and Dignitaries Celebrate Oba Adebowale on His Birthday, Royal Father Thanks God for Grace
Ekohotblog reports that on Thursday, September 12, 2024, monarchs and dignitaries gathered at Omola Palace in Odomola Kingdom, Eredo LCDA, Epe Division, Lagos State, to celebrate the birthday of HRM Oba Adeshina Sulaimon Adebowale (Akeren II, Omola the 4th), the revered monarch of the kingdom.
Oba Adebowale was praised for his contributions to the kingdom’s development and for maintaining peace since ascending the throne of his ancestors.
In attendance was the Onirokun of Irokun Land, Ogun State, HRM Oba Ola Balogun, who joined Oba Adebowale in celebrating the special occasion.

Reflecting on his life, Oba Adebowale described it as one filled with God’s grace and love.
He attributed his commitment to supporting others and promoting goodwill to the teachings he received from his mentors, including the Oloja of Epe Land, HRM Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, and the Aladeshoyin of Odo-Noforija Kingdom, HRM Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Olaogun Ogunlaja (JP).
“I cannot afford to act differently from what I learned from these great leaders,” the monarch said, emphasizing his desire to continue being kind and supportive.
Oba Adebowale also expressed gratitude to his subjects for their tireless support and gave special thanks to the Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye.

He praised Hon. Akinloye as a responsible and caring leader whose numerous developmental projects have transformed Odomola and the entire council area. The monarch prayed for Hon. Akinloye to serve a second term in office.
Among the dignitaries who attended the celebration were High Chief Olujoba Adegoke Daniel, Otunba Maiyegun of Odomola Kingdom; High Chief Ifakemi Adeshina, Oba Edu Isese Agbaiye and Oluwo Ifa of Shomolu-Bariga; Chief Giwa Olugbenga, Chairman of the Association of Motorcyclists in Epe; Prince Owolabi Ogunseye, CEO of Noah Media; Comrade Adekoya Idris Adebambo, Chairman of Golden 10 (G-10); Alhaji Wasiu Taiwo, former Vice-Chairman of Eredo LCDA; and Prince Adeolu Adebowale.
These dignitaries commended Oba Adebowale for his contributions to humanity and his tireless efforts in driving development in the community. They lauded his leadership and wished him continued success in his reign.
