Suspected robbers who took siege of a First Bank of Nigeria branch in the Mpape area of Abuja have been stuck inside the bank building after they were unable to carryout their operation.
Reports say that they broke into the bank in the morning on Saturday guns blazing but got stuck in the bank after learnung that the bank had been surrounded by the police.

The Federal Capital Territory’s police comissionner, Bala Ciroma, disclosed that one of the arrested men was a staff of the bank.
In a phone interview with TheCable, the commissioner said, “We have concluded the operation. Four suspects arrested and one dead. One of them is an insider but we are still investigating.”
