Mother Gets Injured While Saving Kids In Tricycle Collision

A tragedy was averted yesterday morning in the Ikotun-Egbe area of Lagos State as a tricycle conveying a woman and her two kids fell into a drainage.

The Keke Napep driver was trying to over-take another tricycle which resulted to the collision as it fell, leaving the driver, the woman and her kids hanging.

Residents came to their aid as the woman got injured while saving her children.

The kids and driver sustained no injuries.

Instead of moving his way, the driver confronted the other tricycle driver and a brawl ensued between them.

Ignoring them to settle their disputes, residents took the injured woman to the nearest hospital for treatment.
