Popular Music Artiste, Azeez Adeshina Fashola aka Naira Marley is set to appear before the Lagos High Court on Tuesday, October 22.
The “Issa Goal” crooner was arrested alongside rapper, Zlatan Ibile and two other artistes on May 10 2019, for alleged money laundering.
Marley stands risk of spending 7 years in jail if found guilty for 11-count charges in accordance to Section 33 (2) of the Cyber Crime (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Act 2015.
Naira Marley claims to have been arrested 124 times in the UK and and pleaded not guilty before Justice Nicholas Oweibo having appeared in the Lagos High Court in May.
