Protesters cry out in Kaduna following a devastating incident when a protester was gunned down by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) during a demonstration in the city.
The protest, which aimed to end the high cost of living became a bitter experience when police attempted to disperse the crowd.

In the chaos, one protester was fatally shot, sparking widespread outrage and condemnation.
Eyewitnesses report that the protesters were peacefully marching when police opened fire, resulting in the tragic loss of life.
The NPF has yet to issue an official statement on the incident, but the protesters were heard crying that they were only having a peaceful protest.
The victim’s identity has not been released as of the time of filing this report.
