NCDC Records 4 Fatalities, 37 New COVID-19 Cases

• Total cases confirmed – 166,098
• Total cases discharged – 156,528
• Total deaths recorded – 2,071

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 166,098 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated May 25, the NCDC reports 42 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 6 states – Lagos-29, Akwa Ibom-3, FCT-2, Gombe-1, Kaduna-1 and Kano-1.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 156,528 cases have been discharged while the death toll rises to 2,071.
