NCDC Reports 536 More Cases As Thursday’s Daily Count Reaches 1,400

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Thursday, reported 864 cases of the novel coronavirus across 24 states excluding Lagos State.
However, in a tweet on Friday, the NCDC said Lagos recorded 536 COVID-19 cases as of Thursday, bringing the daily tally to 1400.

An update in the figures also saw the death toll rise to seven.
To date, 127,560 cases have now been confirmed across the country – while 101,511 of those cases have been discharged, 1,550 deaths have been recorded.
