NCDC Reports 63 New COVID-19 Cases, No Death

  • Total cases confirmed – 166,254
  • Total cases discharged – 156,546
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,071

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 166,254 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated May 28, the NCDC reports 63 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 8 states – Lagos-25, Ondo-22, Rivers-6, Akwa Ibom-3, Kaduna-3, Kwara-2, Ebonyi-1 and FCT-1.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 156,546 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,071.
