Don’t eat too much fatty food in the night so that it won’t make you have poor sleep. Foods that contain saturated fat should be avoided in the evening because they can cause insomnia in adults.

2. Red Pepper
Excessive consumption of red pepper in the night can interfere with sleep. It’s best to avoid eating them in the night.
They can cause stomach upset and pyrosis. They trigger the acid in your intestines to return to your esophagus. If you want to lie down to sleep without stomach and respiratory problems, it’s best to avoid eating spicy foods in the night.
3. Foods That Contains Caffeine
Any food or drink that contains caffeine is not healthy for your body at night, so you shouldn’t eat them in the evening. Caffeine is an alkaloid that goes straight to your nervous system to stimulate it and keep your brain alert.
This effect also causes your nerves to be unable to relax. Caffeine is usually available in carbonated drinks, energy drinks, coffee, and chocolate.
