New Allegations Against Diddy: Lawsuit Claims Rapper Drugged, Raped Teen in 2012

  • New lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and raping a 17-year-old in 2012.
  • Plaintiff claims he was invited to Combs’ table, given spiked drinks, and later assaulted.
  • Combs, already facing multiple lawsuits, denies all allegations against him.

New allegations have emerged against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, with a man accusing the jailed rapper of drugging and raping him at a New York nightclub in 2012.

According to a court filing, the plaintiff, who was 17 at the time, paid a bouncer to enter the club and was invited to Combs’ private table, where he was served multiple shots of vodka. He claims that after consuming the drinks, he became “hazy and disoriented,” eventually losing control of his body.

Identified in court documents as John Doe, the plaintiff alleges that he was taken to a back room where drugs were being used and escorts were present. He asserts that he realized his drinks had been spiked and that he drifted in and out of consciousness while being assaulted. The lawsuit states that Combs raped him while he was in a defenceless state.

Combs has consistently denied all allegations made against him in numerous civil lawsuits, calling them “sickening.” His legal team has not yet responded to the latest accusations.

In response to previous federal charges, Combs’ attorney said: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

The new claims surface as rapper Kanye West publicly called on former President Donald Trump to pardon Combs before his upcoming trial. In a post on X, West wrote, “FREE PUFF,” followed by another plea tagging Trump: “@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF.”

Earlier this month, a lawyer representing multiple accusers announced plans to file over 10 additional civil suits against Combs, who is currently facing more than 30 lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct.

The music mogul remains in a New York jail as he awaits trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
