Prayer Campaign Seeks Divine Intervention For Nigeria’s Troubling Issues

In response to Nigeria’s ongoing challenges, including political and religious controversies, the International Christian Conscience Initiative (ICCI) launched a prayer campaign.

The weekly Sunday prayer sessions, which started December 2023, are designed to seek divine solutions for issues such as joblessness, insecurity, and societal discord.

The ICCI’s campaign encourages Christians to unite in prayer and focus on the teachings of Jesus Christ as a means of addressing these problems.

The initiative calls for a departure from traditional church practices towards a more active engagement in prayer and faith-based action.

Christian leaders involved in the campaign emphasize that this effort is not only about seeking divine intervention but also about reinforcing the Christian commitment to social justice and community service.
