In a significant step towards promoting skills development and empowerment among the youth, the Nigerian Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, held a crucial meeting with His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward, during the Education World Forum on May 20, 2025.

These include the selection of a skill, participation in physical education, engagement in volunteer work, and completion of adventurous tasks at varying levels.

The collaboration will reach a milestone at the Duke of Edinburgh International Forum, scheduled to be held in Lagos, Nigeria, in November 2025.

Both parties expressed confidence that this partnership will empower and enrich the nation’s youth, as envisioned by Nigeria’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
