Nigeria Loses Prominent Professor

• Nigeria has lost a prominent professor political science, Shehu Dalhatu.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that a prominent Nigerian Professor Shehu Dalhatu of Bayero University Kano is dead.

It was gathered that the political science lecturer, died in Egypt due to ill health Friday night.

Confirming the death, a brother of the deceased, Aminu Hayatu jr, posted the news of the lecturer’s death on his Facebook page.

He prayed for the soul of Prof. Shehu Dalhatu to rest in peace.

Arrangements are being made to bring the corpse back to Nigeria.

Professor Dalhatu had his first degree at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 in Public Administration and Master of Public Administration from the same university in 1991.
