Nigeria Records 348 New Cases As COVID-19 Toll Crosses 11,000 Mark

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Wednesday disclosed that the country has confirmed three hundred and fourty eight new COVID-19 cases.

The agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.

According to the agency, of the 348 new cases, 163 are confirmed in Lagos, 76 in Abuja, Ebonyi 23, Rivers 21, Delta 8, Nasarawa 8, Niger 8, Enugu 6, Bauchi, Edo, Ekiti, Ondo and Gombe all recorded 5 New cases each, Benue 4, Ogun 2, while Osun, Plateau, Kogi and Anambra all have 1 new cases each.

The new development brings the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria to 11166 with 3329 discharged and 315 deaths recorded.
