Nigeria Records 453 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Now 46,140

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Saturday disclosed that the country has recorded 453 new COVID cases.

The agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter handle.

According to the agency, of the 453 new cases, 75 are confirmed in Abuja, 71 in Lagos, Benue-53, Delta-39, Borno-30, Enugu-25, Plateau-24, Osun-20, Abia-19, Oyo-17, Kaduna-16, Kano-13, Ebonyi-13, Ogun-9, Kwara-7, Ondo-6, Gombe-3, Ekiti-2, Akwa Ibom-1, Rivers-1

This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 46,140 with33,044 discharged and
942 deaths recorded.
