Nigerian FRSC Officer Squeezed To Death

Eko Hot Blog reports that a motorist in Lagos, Nigeria, squeezed a Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) official to death on Saturday, according to eyewitnesses and the FRSC spokesperson.

The incident occurred in the Orile-Iganmu area of the state, when the truck driver reportedly tried to avoid being pulled over by the FRSC officer. The officer was sandwiched between two trucks and bled to death.

The FRSC spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem, confirmed the incident to TheCable, but did not disclose whether the truck driver was apprehended or what the official position of the corps was on the situation.
